ABSTRACT:
3D printing technology has been popping up in so many places from drug development to artificial organs of the future. 3D printing technology was
Massachusetts institute of technology (MIT) in 1980's. 3D printing can be used in some emerging drug delivery options like nano technology and oro-
dispersible technology. Zip dose technology is Aprecia pharmaceuticals unique delivery platform which recently got approved by FDA that serves as a
foundation of oro- dispersible formulations of highly prescribed high dose medication. It creates premeasured spill proof unit dose medication designed to
disintegrate in the mouth with just a sip of liquid. It works to break barriers DOSE, TASTE, DELIVERY SPEED. Using 3D printing technology, zip dose
product candidates are assembled layer by layer without using compressional forces or moulding. It can achieve formulation of high dose (upto 1000 mg). It
disintegrates in less than 10 seconds. Other research ideas can be extracted from this technology and other dosage forms can be formulated. Only one drug
till date was designed on this concept. It clearly mentions a lot of work and research possible in this direction.

ABSTRACT
Parenteral administration of pharmaceutical products is one of the most popular methods used to produce quick onset of action and also absolute
bioavailability. Main problem occurs with the parenteral drug delivery is lack of convenience, affordability, accuracy, sterility, safety etc. Such drawbacks with
this delivery system make it less preferable. Hence, all the disadvantages of these systems can be easily overcome by use of prefilled syringes. Recent
example when last month no vaccines for Pneumococcal were available in entire south Gujarat zone for reputated company and that time the prefilled
syringes rescued the pending condition for them. So to create awareness on such innovative topic will provide information regarding prefilled syringes; it's
method of preparation, direction to use, advantages, evaluation tests, its future scope, and development.

ABSTRACT:
Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency or Favism is the most common human enzyme defect, being present in more than 400 million people
worldwide mainly African, Middle Eastern and South Asian. This is X-linked recessive genetic condition that predisposes to allergy, hemolysis and resultant
jaundice in response to a number of triggers, such as certain foods, illness, or medication. If we observe in our surrounding there might be so many people
who remain undiagnosed or unaware about this condition. The problem is mainly prevailing in tribal communities. The frequencies are very rare estimated in
all the tribal communities and manytimes remain undiagnosed. The current work mainly emphasis on creating awareness in pharmaceutical professionals to
spread awareness about this deficiency. Even about half of the patients are died without knowing the cause of their death. By spreading awareness we can
at least try to minimize the clinical problems in the people having glucose 6- phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency. This is a major problem which till date not
given any kind of emphasize. So this is initiative to spread awareness on such kind of prevailing problems. What precautions parents need to take and what
care need to be taken is suggested in current topic which might help to community.
